Welkom bij NEW TAILOR. Als jij op zoek bent naar mooie kleding op maat ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres. Sinds 1997 zijn wij de inspirerende en leuke kleermakerij waar al heel veel vaste klanten hun jasje, pak, overhemd, broek etc. laten maken. Zij doen dit omdat onze kleding speciaal voor hen gemaakt is en het samenstellen met ons een heel leuk proces is. Het zorgt ervoor dat die kleding fijner, persoonlijker, duurzamer en mooier is.

We still make a large portion of the jackets entirely in-house. A true experience and we can rightfully call ourselves a tailor's shop. We take extreme pleasure in this and are proud of it. It is also the future of clothing. Consciously making clothes.

In ons atelier in Utrecht maken onze vijf kleermaaksters jasjes en pakken from scratch van de mooiste kwalitatieve stoffen. Zeer comfortabele en speciaal voor jou gemaakt.  Uiteraard ben je welkom in ons atelier om zelf te zien hoeveel (hand)werk er in een jasje of pak zit en om de laatste kleine details te bespreken.

We guarantee the fit. Even over time. We can alter (almost) anything over the lifetime of your bespoke clothing.

We maken een groot gedeelte van de jasjes nog geheel in eigen huis. Een ware belevenis en met recht mogen we ons dan ook een kleermakerij noemen. Daar hebben we extreem veel plezier in en zijn we trots op. Het is ook de toekomst van kleding. Bewust kleding laten maken.

In our atelier The Lounge in Utrecht, our five tailors make jackets and suits from scratch from the finest quality fabrics. Very comfortable and made especially for you. We call these jackets Lounge Jackets because they have the feel of a cardigan but look like a jacket. The best addition to your closet. Of course you are welcome in our workshop to see for yourself how much (hand)work goes into a jacket or suit and to discuss the last little details.

Timeless clothing for home and work

The clothes we make are made especially for you so they last longer and nothing is thrown away. We use only natural and high quality materials. We source the best fabrics as close as possible. Part of the clothing (including all Lounge Jackets) we make in house. Of all constructed items there is at least one fit and we do the final finishing touches in our own tailoring shop.

We maken de beste overhemden van Nederland door het gebruik van de beste stoffen, de verfijndste maakwijze en unieke patronen. Zowel voor smart casual, zakelijk als luxe overhemden hebben we veel stofkeuze van de beste stoffenhuizen van Europa en heel veel mogelijkheden qua styling en afwerking. Zo hebben we shirts voor alle zeven dagen van de week.

Op onze webshop vind je de mooiste accessoires zoals shawls, dassen, kousen, bretels, mutsen, truien, onderhoudsmaterialen en basics voor jouw Casual Wear en Business Wear items. Niet een heel uitgebreid aanbod maar juist datgene wat wij goed vinden. Ook kun je er jouw spijkerbroek nabestellen.

The need for beautiful luxury clothing with more comfort, a sportier look and the need for sustainability, have resulted in the further development of our smart casual range. You can basically wear it anytime and anywhere. Besides Casual Wear jackets, we are of course also happy to make your chinos, pullovers and casual shirts. Made-to-measure, of course.

The assurance of a good first impression can be found in our Business Wear line. Of course, as a tailor, in addition to suits, we also make combinations of jackets and a chino that you can and want to wear in a business environment.

We have extensive experience in creating clothing for a wedding and other formal occasions. From a tuxedo for formal dinners or a jacquet to the ultimate linen wedding outfit for the beach. Of course, a wedding suit involves a little more than just picking out a business suit, which is why we like to take the time to inspire and help you with the many choices. We have several examples in the stores and also our wedding magazine will help you in making the right choice.

Gisteren hadden we een leuke borrel met @yvra_1958 & @travelteq , onder het genot van de wijnen van @chatobi_wijn . Marcel vertelde over ons succes met ons eigen atelier. Yvo liet de sterk verbeterde briefcase van Travelteq zien, leerde ons een nieuwe veterknoop en gaf inzicht in zijn geurenlijn. De nieuwe tas van Travelteq is onze winkel te zien en voelen. Je voelt het goede Vacehtta leer. De 13 vakjes voor coke, condooms, pennen, geld, sleutels en wat niet meer zij.
